Android Pie OTA Update Is Now Available To Infinix Smart 2 Users

Infinix Smart 2 users can now get the Android Pie update via OTA (Over-The-Air). The update comes with a lot of pro features for users who would love to experience it.

To access it, go to settings >> About phone >> system update

The information below is quite important, try not to skip.

How To Upgrade Infinix  Smart 2 To Android Pie

Instructions.

1. Ensure you back up your personal files/documents before upgrading to the new Android version

2. Ensure your device is not rooted to avoid a brick/reloading boot screen device

3. Ensure that you have an almost full charge, say 75% - 90%. Ensure your battery isn't damaged to avoid going off while upgrade. Preferably charge your phone while you upgrade.

4.  Ensure you have enough data, and i mean extra data. You should avoid using low internet data, ensure you have more than enough internet data to perform the upgrade to avoid your Smartphone from being bricked.
