Teleology Finally Takes Over 9Mobile Formally Etisalat

So after a few months of trying to find a company to secure 9Mobile ownership, Teleology Nig. Ltd. finally steps in to claim the ride from the telecom board setup by CBN to fully takeover 9Mobile.

Here's a statement by Teleology spokesperson

“We thank all out-going members of the Board for helping to shepherd 9mobile through the critical transition phase it has passed through since July 2017 and wish them the very best in their future assignments,” by Mohammed Edewor

He also cited that “For us, the composition of the new Board of Directors is another significant milestone, and this follows the issuance of final approval of no objection by the Board of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to the effect that the technical and financial bids Teleology submitted for 9MOBILE met and satisfied all the regulatory requirements."

Ideally, Teleology would now seek for new measures to improve the new Telecom firm, applying various strategies to take on their competitors in the game.

We should now be expecting awesome calls and data plans offers. Hopefully, there would surely be enough "awoof" offers this season (freebies) when they eventually start paddling their new kayak.
