Windows 10 Will Let You Uninstall Built-in Apps From It's Next Update

Finally brethren, that freedom that  let's you get rid of bloatwares apps that were forced on you by OEMs. For years now, users didn't possess the freedom or ability to get rid of default apps except by tweaks means like using power shelling scripts.

Windows 10 Pack

The bloatwares were a way of occupying  physical memory, drastically reducing the performance of the computer, this upcoming update would kill such motives, giving you the right to keep or bin, which will Increase optimal performance for the system.

Now technically...

The next Windows 10 update codenamed 19H1 would be available to users next year, early April (we hope), this scheduled update would let users uninstall built-in apps. A few clicks would send Paint 3D packing.

This feature is currently added to  build 18262 of Windows Insider preview, just by right clicking on the app on the Start menu and selecting "Uninstall", the selected app would be cleared from the Start menu and computer memory.

You would be able to pull out apps like

  • MS Groove music
  • Calculator
  • Snipper
  • Weather
  • Sticky Notes
  • Voice Recorder
  • Edge, just maybe

After you might have uninstalled a built-in app, you can always reinstall the app from the Store if you miss it.

Windows 10 has always let users  uninstall apps that were added by Microsoft on your PC.

You can always uninstall apps like Bubble Witch 3 Saga, Candy Crush Soda Saga by clicking uninstall.

Just so you know, MS Edge might not be among removable apps on the incoming update
