How To Install Custom Fonts In Android Without Rooting (Tecno)
Good thing about installing a custom font in your device is that you don't get served what's on the menu, you get served with what you want. Your own chicken wings and maybe a hot pizza with an almost iced zobo and you're cooling off.
(Sorry but this is not a beginner guide)
Now back to the matter, let's open the close
1. Step one
Download the font file (ttf)
It's normally compressed in either zip or RAR formats
You'd have to extract the files from the archive (.zip)
Create a Folder named "font", extract the font sample.ttf to the folder >> font
2. Step Two
To install fonts on your Tecno hiOS version you'd have to access the hiTheme app, then the font section then apply the fonts pre-installed therein.
Now there's a font folder for the hiTheme which is named " lovelyfonts". Extract the sample.ttf you downloaded to the lovelyfonts folder.
Hierarchy of folders should be as
the image described it.
Lovelyfonts >> download >> fonts >> latin.
Let the sample.ttf be extracted to the "latin" folder found in the "lovelyfonts"
3. Step Three
Now go back to the hiTheme app, refresh and you'd find your new font in the font section. Apply and have fun.
