How To Hard Reset Your Andriod Phone

1. Turn off your device

2. Hold down the power button and the down volume key the same time to get to the recovery menu.

3. Select Clear eMMC using the volume button and confirm with the power button. 

 

4. You can also clear Cache directories.

5. Turn ON the device and start operating
