5G is Coming to Town!

Howdy People,

This is a 9 month old drafted post, so i decided complete and share it.

Today i will introducing you to the Latest Internet Tech Innovation, well not innovation rather, its Improvement.

From the Days of Java Phones (J2ME) with GPRS and EDGE network to the days of Nokia S60 Series (SYMBIAN) 3G (HSPA)  and 3.75G (HSPA+) On our Android, We'd say

That's a real Big Change  in Internet History.

I remember back then into 2008, when my eyes weren't much open to faster Internet connection, it would take 10 Minutes to Download 10MB (MegaByte) with the fastest Network here in Nigeria.

My Highest apps and Games never exceeded 1MB Except If it was so Exciting like Gladiators, WhatsApp and the Rest of Them.

Nowadays using 2G Networks for Surfing or Browsing the Internet seems like driving from Lagos to Port harcourt with a Speed of 40 km/h.

Now we have 3G Smartphones everywhere and also the new BIG thing, 4G LTE devices which has been newly introduced into the Nigerian market, while Europe and the Americas are chilling for 5G.

I would really love but wonder the feeling of having a 5G enabled device at my palm, I'd call the fastest 3G devices a snail crawler. But as we wait patiently for this new change, i just hope that Africa will be ready for the boom in the next years to come. Most of our African countries are yet to welcome the 4G internet connection we are having down here.

As we welcome the next generation network - 5G, let's take a look at the benefits we stand to gain

• Super Sonic speed for online transactions

• Cheap data subscriptions but valuable & faster data services

• It will encourage the development of complex devices to suit it's technology

• Internet services will be the fastest route to any business

• No dulling, No go-slow, full one-way gateway

The things we will recount are endless and yet unimaginable, for 5G will effect the Internet of things, where each and every household will be guided by the internet.

We have all witnessed the miracles of 3G HSDPA and 4G LTE, let's hope for a bigger miracle with 5G speed.
