5 Most Incredible Technologies Ever Invented

Before I begin to list various technologies that were invented in the 21st century or before the days of Abacus and even in the era of Stones - Stone age. I'd like to state that the Technologies to be listed are of my own research and findings and are not simply standardized by any world institutions. My views for these technologies are simply opinionative.

I do not know what the future would turn out to be 20 years from now but I and every other hopeful persons believe the Earth would have subdued environment hazards (Climate) and maximised technology positively to improve healthy living and prosperity.

Sorry for the bit of digression in the previous paragraph My point is that Technology came as result of improving lives to a great extent. It didn't come so humans would become more inadequate and ineffective in accomplishing tasks. 

The wrong application of technology turf out lots of psychology and physical defects which would in turn be deterrent to positive growth and expansion.
Nevertheless some of these invention have met a lot of improvements in the human mind and productivity drive.

We're in the Speed Era - A Jet Age!

Without much fuss I'll simply dive right in with my lists.

*Note: The degree of the importance is in the descending order 1-5*

1. Goggles, Glasses, Specks

Whatever name we may choose to call it I will solely give this invention an upper hand anytime, any day.

Eye Glasses has really gone on in helping humanity to a great extent, pardon me if I'm over exaggerating . Imagining the number of people that would have been grossly ignorant and uneducated due to impairment and other conditions would surely be devastating if they were no concave and convex lenses.

They've helped in resolving myopic and far sighted conditions.
Eye Wears/Glasses has also moved from the ordinary reading glasses to an everyday fashion accessory.
There are now glasses that correct color blindness. I have seen videos where people who've been color blind since birth see colors for the first time and then break in tears while the special glasses.

Not to tease or convince you, a company named Bose have started making glasses that are capable of audio, by that i mean you can actually listen to music conveniently without having to disturb or distract persons asides you (a noise reduction technology)  I almost forgot to mention that you can also receive calls.

2. Aeroplane, Flying Machines

Er'day, any day!

This is arguably one of the world's greatest invention.

Who would have imagined that it'd be possible to fly through the skies?
The Wright brother's had greatly imagined it and then worked from a Bicycle workshop  to an Aero industry.

The invention of aeroplane saw the progress in speed and transportation. Humans and their friends could now travel to regions they initially thought were impossible to reach and also did get there in top-speed. It also saw the innovation of other sub technologies like drones, helicopters, jets, spacecraft, witchcraft and all other crafts.

All these sub inventions inspired by the Aeroplane industry has brought about speed which is now relative to all other works. Drones are virtually used for all kinds of works from filming, delivering, missile repelling and all other great works.
Drones and helicopters have been used in delivering first aid boxes, food items to areas that have been ravaged by war and hardship.

3. TV, Media,

An electronic communication medium that allows the transmission of real-time visual images, and often sound - sourced, Wiktionary.com

This invention had seen so many innovations. It's revolutionized the media and the internet to a whole new level. 

The TV industry has the greatest reach and impact throughout history. There's virtually almost no one who hasn't come across this great piece.

It's also gone on to increase literacy amongst the masses via news, educational and other documentary programs.
YouTube and Netflix have come about because of this invention.

4.  Telephone, Smartphone, Phone

Graham Bell first invented the Telephone, Steve Jobs revolutionised it and Sergey and Page perfected it.

It started with wired connections, immobility and was seen as an unaffordable luxury to those who couldn't afford it. Today virtually everyone has a personal survival kit, a phone.

Used vastly for communication. The smartphone has virtually consolidated  most of the world's technology from wrist watches, beeper, stop watch, alarm clocks, calendars, TV, Radio, Camera, Payphone, etc.

If you don't own a PC a Smartphone would virtually do 60% of the job at the time. Android and iOS are two Operating systems for mobile that is vastly popular for their abilities.

5.  The INTERNET

This is one invention where you'd come into agreement with me. The internet has birth several billion dollar companies since its inception. Amazon, Facebook, YouTube, Google has seen the light because of the invention of the WWW.

Tim Berners-Lee invented the World Wide Web and since then there's been several contribution to its core. It has seen a lot of job creation around  IT content development (Graphics art, blogging, vlogging, Frontend and Backend development, etc.)

There's a lot of information on the internet that the world has never seen before it's creation. You can attend a university, get a job, learn a skill, trade, course,  all of this on the internet without having to spend much or literally go anywhere.

The Internet has it errs and shortcomings, nevertheless it's one of the world's greatest invention and i can't totally find the words to brag about it.

So basically that's my lengthy narrative as to why these top 5 are my favorite world inventions.
