Tech History - A Laptop 25 Years Ago Vs Now
Today in Tech History, i write about a grand Laptop versus a Millennial Laptop.
The world has indeed changed since 25 years ago. Look at a typical Laptop of the Good old days and the modern day Laptop/Notebook Computer, there's a very big difference.
The form factor has changed drastically when compared with the formal, it has less ports with more functions, increased processor speed, DDR3 RAM and modern storage mediums like HDD & SSD and also improved UI/Graphics and so much more.
Below is a picture of a Computer Mouse (prototyped version) before Touchpad/Trackpad and the modern day Optical Mouse were even invented.
I don't think any backpack would remain the same carrying an explosive looking PC with a C4 lookalike mouse. And I also have this feeling that it wasn't called a 'Laptop' decades ago because it would require a Macho man with strong looking biceps to carry it on a lap.
