How To Format Your SD Card Using Android Phone (Tecno Camon CX)

This is a Quick Guide on how you can format your SD Card using an Android device.

You don't need to have a PC at hand to format your SDcard, you can follow these few steps and you will be done in a sec.

Notice:

This was done using a Tecno Camon CX Air.

Here are the screenshots in ascending order

1. Go to your App drawer, select Download or Documents app

2. After the app opens up, select the memory card icon with its naming

3. Click the 3 dots vertically placed at the  Top right of the screen, then click settings as circled in the image below

4. Click Format

5. Click "Erase & Format" to finish the process
