Microsoft buys Gaming Startup Company owned by 18 years old

The Tech giant once again has added another gaming company to it's organization and this time they went for an 8 months old company with 24 Employees and an 18 year old CEO named Matt Salsamedi, the still growing gaming company after acquisition are still yet to disclosed terms with Microsoft.

Beam, a Seattle based company that streams live gaming for viewers, one very special feature is that it lets users participate on any game being played, while they watch they can also play game with live streamers in real time.

Dubbed as an Interactive and innovative live streaming service, Beam is on one of a kind, a platform that lets viewers participate in real time gaming with streamers all over the globe instead of the normal passive watch-chat mode of gaming which doesn't give users privilege of participation in the games they love.

The move by Microsoft was to integrate Beam live streaming  feature into Xbox Live to grow its community and enable users play games they want, who they want, with the device they want and how they want it.

Microsoft stated in their blog post that the original vision of beam is still lit and not out because of its acquisition but they intend to give gamers the delight of utmost gaming experience when they use Xbox Live.
