How to use Android As a Modem

These days you don't need to settle for a Modem to get connected to the Internet, What you need is a gut, an android device, a USB (Universal Serial Bus)cable and a PC.




All you need to do is  to Tether the Connection through a USB cable to your PC, Ensure your Device is on USB Debugging Mode

To Enable USB Debugging Mode:


1. Go to settings 

2. If you use an Android above 4.4KitKat, Click About Device

3. In About Device, Tap Build Number 10 Times to Enter Developers mode, Go back to Settings menu

4. In Settings after Accessibility, you'll see Developer options, Tap to Enter, Click switch icon above to Turn on Developer feature, if switch off

5. Scroll down and tick USB Debugging checkbox


Now connect your Device to your computer, After You must have Installed PdaNet on your  PC.

To view the app click on Notification Tray, where icons are arranged in Grid e.g mouse, USB device, etc.
